World Music Therapy Day

By Zoe Peled February 27, 2018

March 1st is World Music Therapy Day!

Previously used to mark the first day of the World Music Therapy Conference every three years, the day is shifting this year for the first time to provide a catalyst for a global conversation about music therapy and the power of music.

24 countries are participating in 15 languages.

The music therapy community around the world will be sharing stories, research, and insight into music therapy on social media. You can help too. Even if you have never experienced music therapy personally, you can join us on social media by sharing stories about the power of music in your life, using the hashtag #WorldMusicTherapyDay.
