A Benefit for Music Heals Gala 2023 Rocks The Commodore

By Music Heals November 2, 2023

We did it again – Our gala, A Benefit for Music Heals returned for another year, and once again it was a remarkable success. This year’s event raised an astounding $350,000 in funding for the therapeutic use of music in physical and mental health practices across British Columbia.

This wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of our incredible sponsors, event partners, generous donors, table hosts and guests who joined us in making the evening spectacular. To all of you, we extend a massive thank you!

It’s not just a night of festivities, it’s a celebration of the wonderful healing power of music. The event highlights the life-changing benefit that music therapy has on many people’s lives and gives them a space to share their incredible stories.

This year our music lineup rocked the Commodore Ballroom, with performances by DJ Science, Arkells, Kardinal Offishall, Vancouver Youth Choir Cella, Wookiz, and Dayton Cahill. The evening was hosted by our favourite MC George Stroumboulopoulos and Auctioneer Fred Lee.

A huge thanks to our Major Sponsors RBC, Meehan Family Investments Inc., Stingray, Dayhu Group of Companies, Vancouver Magazine, and BMO.

Thank you to our Gala Event Partners for helping us to create the best party all year.
