The Vegetable Orchestra from Vienna creates instruments made out of vegetables like carrot flutes, pumpkin drums, leek violins, etc. They make their instruments from scratch for every performance, so two performances will never be the same! ⁠

During the instrument building process, they make a vegetable soup with the remaining vegetables which they share with the audience at the end of the performance.⁠
