Community support for music therapy can take many forms — and on Monday, July 6th, ZLC Financial will bring that commitment to the golf course.

Music Heals is proud to share that, for the third year in a row, we have been selected as a beneficiary of the annual ZLC Foundation Charity Golf Tournament!

Taking place at the Richmond Country Club, ZLC Foundation will bring together community members, partners, and supporters for a day of golfing, connection, and impact. Proceeds from the tournament will go toward supporting Music Heals and its ongoing work to increase access to music therapy programs across British Columbia and Canada.

Alongside the golf tournament, the event will be hosting exciting on-course games and prizes, food & beverage stations, and a silent auction showcasing curated products and experiences, provided by the generosity of Music Heals supporters.

Since its founding, ZLC Foundation Charity Golf Tournament has raised more than $1.6 million in support of a wide array of worthy charities, including the Heart and Stroke Foundation of BC & Yukon, the British Columbia Brain Injury Association, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Kids Up Front, BC Women’s Hospital Foundation, Coast Mental Health and Easter Seals BC & Yukon. In last year’s tournament alone, $83,000 was raised for Music Heals.

Giving back has always been at the heart of ZLC Foundation. Serving the Greater Vancouver Area for more than 75 years, the organization has long believed in the power of businesses to create meaningful change. This commitment is reflected in the strong relationships they’ve built, and in the opportunities they continue to create for community members, clients, and partners to come together in support of important causes. Events like this highlight not only their dedication to philanthropy but also the power of connection in driving real impact.

Through continued partnerships like this, Music Heals is able to expand its reach and support more programs that use music as a tool for connection, expression and care.

We are incredibly grateful to be part of this event for the third consecutive year and to continue working alongside partners who believe in the impact of music therapy.

Thank you to ZLC Foundation, its sponsors, and all participating golfers for your support and for helping us bring the gift of music to more communities!
